Adductor Ab Crunches
This adductor ab crunches exercise combines two great exercises, adductor squeezes and ab crunches, in one using the Exercise Star for resistance. Maintain your lower back pressed into the floor to support your core, while you squeeze the Exercise Star with your inner thigh muscles and activate your abs to crunch upward at the same time. Coordinate the two movements together, in rhythm, for best results. As usual, move deliberately through the exercise and focus on the muscles doing the work. Become aware as you work how you feel, which muscles are tiring first, and what may be limiting you.
Watch Nichole for proper form and increase the number of repetitions as you can.
