Advanced Adductors (Inner Thighs)

This advanced adductors (inner thighs) exercise will help you firm your legs and may even help you through your hips and core. Because your feet are elevated you will have nothing to push against meaning all the work is concentrated in your adductor muscles. You will likely find this exercise more difficult than using weighted adductor machines at your gym. This is a progression from our adductors exercise where your feet are on the floor. Try it and you’ll see how much more difficult the advanced adductors exercise is than any other inner thigh exercise you’ve probably done before.
Watch Nichole for proper technique and try it once you’ve mastered easier adductor exercises. Make sure to activate your abs to push your lower back into the floor for suppport.
